Based on Windows NT and 2000, Conductor NT incorporates a proven and well-accepted approach in user-system interaction, information display, navigation, messaging, help aids, and network communication. This enables Conductor NT to function as a premiere interface for process control, process management, plant engineering and intra and inter-plant production coordination, and overall enterprise management.
The design of Conductor NT ensures that critical information such as alarms and the subsequent access to controls for fault mitigation is in the forefront at all times. Other standard features of Conductor NT include archiving and presentation of historical data, logging, report generation, event handling, system level diagnostics, multiple operator security levels, and ergonomic packaging. It also includes OPC data access client support for interfacing with OPC servers from ABB and other suppliers.
